Mesa Ridge Homes was founded in 1999 by Marcus Reyes, a third-generation builder who grew up watching his grandfather frame houses in the Mojave heat. Marcus started the company with a single conviction: that the families who trust you with their home deserve the same care and honesty you'd give your own.

What began as a small custom build operation in Henderson has grown into one of Southern Nevada's most respected luxury homebuilders — with over 200 completed homes, a roster of repeat clients, and a reputation built entirely on referrals.

We've never chased volume. Every year, we take on a carefully selected number of projects so that every client gets the attention, communication, and craftsmanship they were promised on day one.

In 2026, Mesa Ridge Homes entered a new era. Marcus joined forces with Paul Chase — a luxury builder of equal standing and a familiar face. The two first crossed paths early in their careers working side by side for the same homebuilder, where they discovered a shared obsession with quality and a mutual disdain for shortcuts.

Paul went on to build his own distinguished reputation in the Pacific Northwest, earning recognition across the region for his exacting standards and his ability to bring complex, high-end projects in on time and on budget. His work speaks the same language as Mesa Ridge — precision, accountability, and craft that lasts.

Together, Marcus and Paul bring over 60 years of combined building experience to every project — forged in different markets, united by the same standard. Two perspectives, one uncompromising commitment to the clients who trust them.
